During this unprecedented event we are living through, it is necessary to conduct business in the most effective manner possible. As such, in the absence of the ability to obtain “the consent of the Lodge”, I authorize the Worshipful Master, Senior Warden, and/or Junior Warden, along with the Treasurer and Secretary, to conduct the business of the Lodge while conforming to the Constitution, Resolutions, and Edicts of the Grand Lodge as close as possible. If a Lodge has any questions concerning any expenditure, they should contact the Grand Lodge and we can help them make the best decision for the Good of the Fraternity.
I realize some of the Brethren may take exception to this policy, but until we are able to return to normal (or whatever the new normal may be), we will have to make the best decisions we can under the circumstances.
