Please be advised by receipt of this notification that the 2021 Bicentennial Celebration of your Grand Lodge will take place at the Embassy Suites Hotel / Convention facility in downtown Montgomery, Alabama on June 11th, 2021 and at Old Cahawba Archaeological Park, 9518 Cahaba Road, Orrville, AL 36767 on June 12th, 2021.

Please make your room accommodations / reservations directly with the Embassy Suites Hotel using the Embassy Suites Hotel reservation form. Embassy Suites will take reservations at our Grand Lodge group rate through May 21, 2021.

Friday: For your planning information there will be a Banquet Friday evening at 6:30 PM (June 11th) in the Embassy Suites Ballroom. Tickets are $60 per person. Dress for this event will be black tie or dark suit for the men and evening attire for the ladies. Please call Michelle Lambert at the Grand Lodge office at 334-290-0961 to purchase your tickets not later than close of business Tuesday, June 1, 2021.

Saturday: The Historic Marker Ceremony will take place at Old Cahawba Archaeological Park at 11 :00 AM on June 12th, 2021. We will open Grand Lodge at 10:00 AM at Saint Luke’s Episcopal Church. Buses will leave the Embassy Suites at 8:00 AM. Dress is casual attire and there will be food trucks available.
